Tija Labs ("we," "us," "our") is a Kenya-based product studio building a suite of productivity apps. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your rights over it.

• Waitlist signups — your email address, and which product(s) you've joined the waitlist for
• Contact form submissions — your name, email address, and message content
• Careers applications — your name, email, and any information submitted through our screening questionnaire

We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, or sensitive personal data through this site.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Notify you about product launches and early access opportunities
• Respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form
• Review and respond to job applications
• Improve this website and the products we're building

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

4. How we share your information

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Where required by law
• With service providers who help us operate this site (e.g. email delivery, hosting), under obligations to protect your data
• With your explicit consent

5. Data retention

We retain waitlist and contact information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or until you request deletion. Job application data is retained for the duration of the hiring process plus a reasonable period afterward, unless you request earlier deletion.

This site currently does not use cookies or analytics tools. This section will be updated if that changes.

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we hold about you
• Request a copy of your data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
